Every care has been taken to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately portray our items, however representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor. Please note your goods have been handmade, making each item truly unique. As such patterns on items may differ from what is depicted on our online shop.

Our returns policy does not extend to altered, made to measure or customised items, unless the item arrives faulty. By the way of exceptional circumstances we may consider a store credit note only.

What to do if you need to Return Your Item

(1) Please fill out our contact form, alternatively you can email or call us to start the process of your return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

(2) We will authorise the Return and provide you with a Return Code and address details.

(3) When we receive your items, they will be inspected. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received.

(4) Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please refer to your own banks’ policies for how long this will take to appear back into your account.

*Refunds will be made for the item(s) price paid at the time of purchase and initial postage will be refunded at a basic rate regardless of your chosen delivery method.

Why may we reject your Returned item?

(1) We will not accept any item(s) that is(are) just sent back without an authorisation code.

(2) If the item is not in it's original, unworn condition. We recommend you keep the product dry and shielded from perfumes, hairsprays, make-up and lotions to ensure we can accept your return is not in breach of our acceptable hygiene standards.

(3) If all the original labelling tags have been removed and does not match your order number placed with MAES HANDMADE directly
